**Wrapping up the last week of our technique/skill work for strength. We’ve had handstand push ups, strict and kipping pull ups, and now we have toes to bar. One thing to notice is we’ve got 5 rounds of work, so a key thing today is don’t f&ck up your hands. Ya, it says max effort, but there’s no need to go HAM. If you’ve got toes to bar, work on staying tighter through the movement or even doing them strict. If you’ll be doing progression work, there are plenty of ways to work on that kip that will get you a good workout.

No hands on the bar for the workout – save that for tomorrow – but we’ve got you swinging a kettlebell. Going lighter than we did last week and for sure going overhead (or as high as mobility allows), and then also getting in some heavy carries. It feels like a complete week with squats, deadlifts, and heavy carries. Let’s end the work week on a good note.
