**Still getting in some overhead work, but slowing things down a bit more on our double strength day. I like the line up of these last few days where you’re working while the body is a bit fatigued. We’re not looking to go *super* heavy today even though that couplet/complex has you building to a heavy single. Technique trumps the weight on the bar. Become a skilled technician moving a PVC pipe as you would an empty barbell, 50% 1RM, 70% 1RM, etc. You’ll carry over yesterday’s explosive hip extension with the jerks and box jumps to the hang power snatch. Snatch pull will work on balance and speed of that extension. Use it as a springboard for the hang snatch, and let get that bar moving.
