**I hope you’re as excited about this chipper as I am. It should be challenging, not intimidating. On the flip side, it’s also not meant to crush you, because that’s not how I program. There’s definitely a lot of volume here *cough* burpees *cough* step ups *cough* but it’s movements you know and love *cough* burpees *cough*.
There seems to be something stuck in my throat..
A time cap adds some pressure to finish, and that’s how I want that on your mind vs just hoping to get so far. Move. Work hard. Move with purpose. This is challenging but doable. Are you up to the challenge?
