**A big push/pull day. Follow up Tuesday’s sumo deadlift high pulls with the cardio version of the movement. Add in some basic bodyweight movements with the push ups and pull ups followed by some dball strong work, and you’ve got a nice well rounded, full body workout. I have in my mind everyone getting at least 4 rounds on this, but I know that’s a decent amount of volume on those push ups each round for most people. Arms will be feeling it after the push ups and pulls ups, so get those legs dominating on the row and dballs. Coaches will be watching that rowing technique after all those SDLHP this week, and if we see knees breaking before the handle passes over them.. *cracks knuckles..*
