**Classic CrossFit benchmark workout, and the one we’ve done the most. This was the gym’s first official workout when we opened the doors back in October 2013 at the 810 location. Needless to say, we’ve come a long way since then, but this workout has stayed the same. The most recent 3 times we’ve completed it are below. If this is your first time doing Cindy, expect to repeat it again in about 9 months.
