**Oh, hey there, hamstrings. Fancy to be seeing you again so early in the week. Ya.. more deadlifts, at least for another week, and then we’ll wrap up our 4-week cycle. What’s that you say? *hand to ear* You like negatives, and it has helped improve your grip strength by using a hook grip? Huh.. look at that. Okay, so maybe that’s not what I’ve been hearing. BUT I hope it has helped you be more aware of your set up, ‘getting tight’, and keeping the bar close to the body. Control, control, control in more ways than one.

We got in some single DB work last week with the hang clean, but now we’re going overhead with it twice with the snatch as part of the Devil Press, and again with a thruster. Double the fun!
