**We’re wrapping up the work week with some EMOM back squats. If you’ve done at least 1-2 sessions of these in the past, you know how spicy they get. This is a great way to get in some heavy work as well as some time under tension.

Follow it up with some bent over rows for building stronger lats and an upper back. Then bro it out with some curls and upright rows for a solid upper body pump. Wear your sleeveless shirts today.
