**A lot of volume today at with a couple body weight movements and cleans. You’ve seen a decent amount of overhead/pressing work the last two days, which might’ve left your shoulders feeling a little achy. Today we’ll still be pressing, but in a different plane.

Weight here on the bar should be light enough that you can cycle through the reps fairly consistently, knocking out a decent chunk each round. Not a lot of room to rest if you want to get this bad boy done under 30 minutes. Going Rx/heavy is one thing, but keeping a steady pace is the goal.
