15 Overhead squats (95/65)

**Hitting one of two benchmark girlWODs for the month of June. Below you’ll find board pics from previous times we’ve completed Nancy to compare to. One thing I like about this workout is that you can’t use the run as rest. It might give you a few minutes to shake out your arms, but you need to keep moving to complete this in a fast time. Consider two sets of overhead squats – the first starting as soon as you come in from the run. Knock out a set of 7 or 8, then rest and finish before heading out for the run. Snatches are okay for any rep with the bar starting on the ground. Once overhead, keep it overhead.
