5 Pull ups
10 Push ups
15 Air squats

“Bear Complex”
1 Power clean
1 Front squat
1 Push press
1 Back squat
1 Behind the neck push press

**No additional rest is built in, so you need to make sure you’re getting through both workouts in a timely matter. That doesn’t mean skimping on ROM. If you need to scale pull ups (ring rows or jumping), push ups (box or knees) or total reps (4/8/12). For “Bear Complex”, if you’re not familiar with the movements, go slower on the movements.

Allow yourself at least 90-120 sec of rest. If you’re getting closer to 30-60 sec of rest, consider scaling the rounds.

This is a good combo of body weight and weighted movements.
