**You’ll start to see this ‘hotel work’ two more times over the next four weeks. We’ve done a variation of it before with kettlebells paires with RDLs or core work or weighted pull ups/dips. Why is it called ‘hotel work’? Because when you travel, often times the hotel gym has a (mildly) decent set of dumbbells, so there’s no excuse for not working out. You don’t have to go crazy (but 50 DB clusters with 5 burpees on the minute is always a good ‘go to’ travel WOD) and here are simple yet effective moves you can do.

Sticking with the dumbbell theme, we’ll put you through the wringer with the workout to follow. This is another one you could do in a hotel or when traveling. We’ll see how tight those hammies really are getting both ends of the DB to the ground, and those jumping lunges are always a fan favorite.. right?
