**First of two long workouts for the week happening today with a decent amount of volume on all 4 movements. A good opportunity to work on pacing and time/clock management. Are you better off doing the dubs unbroken, or planning on 2 sets of 25? Go unbroken on the swings at Russian height, or sets of 20 American style? Sit ups.. two sets of 15 fast, or one big set of 30 at a slow pace? And push press.. hold onto the bar or 2 x 10? Just a few options, but keep in mind that strategy can change throughout the workout as you start to tire, so be ready to adapt to the fatigue.
