**Starting off the week with our double strength day, which has a clean focus today. Getting in some barbell cycling work with power and squat cleans. Wrapping things up with pull up work – weighted and unweighted, but strict for both. Get in some band work, negatives, ring rows, and all the things to build the upper body and grip strength for that first pull up.
