**Early break for our double strength day. Snatch focus today, working on a split snatch. It’s a variation of a power snatch, which is a little easier for us older folks. We’ll spend a little more time overhead working on the overhead squat and getting comfortable with the bar overhead. This might challenge the overhead mobility for a lot of folks, so take the time to work on ankle, hip, shoulder, and tspine mobility to improve your position.
