**Bringing back the bench press after dabbling with the floor press for some time. We hit a heavy 3 floor press a few weeks ago followed by a shoulder smoker workout. Let’s see how floor vs bench press numbers compare.

Shoulders will get some work with the burpees and snatches. Going with the kettlebell this time v dumbbell. Yes, there is a difference due to how the weight is distributed, diameter of the handle, and technique. It’s a good movement to know and become proficient with both versions.
