*Starting off the week with some pushing and pulling. Bench press with a couple sets of heavy 8s. We’ve done this before at sets of 10 where you build up to find a weight that you can do for 10 reps, then do it again. Today we’re looking for 8s – not 5 or 7 – but 2 sets of 8s.
Switching over to dumbbells we’re going to knock out some push ups with our hands on the handles. This will allow you to go deeper into the push up to really build that chest for the summer. Keeping hands on the handles we’ll transition from push to pull with the renegade rows. Each round will wrap up with a clean-squat-press, also known as a thruster.
