Bear complex – power clean, front squat, push press, back squat, behind the neck push press. This is to be performed unbroken. After you finish the BTNPP, bring the bar down up front and touch-and-go right into the power clean.
P1 works through the complex while P2 rows.
When P1 is complete, they switch.
P2 will work through the complex while P1 rows.
