**This format should look familiar to you as we did it for Helen, Karen, Grace, and Fran. Knock out the GirlWOD, get a PR, then use the second half of class to work on a couple weaknesses. Work with your coach(es) to figure out what movements might be good things to focus on, how to scale/modify them, and how many reps to do. As a general rule of thumb, the GirlWOD is the meat and potatoes of the day, so this is considered the gravy. There’s no need to go heavy on it as it is listed as SKILL WORK. Keep the reps few and the rest plenty.
