**Hang squat snatch reps are low enough that they should be strung together unbroken. Weight on these should be light enough to do so. Yes, what’s listed is light, but keep that first part in mind – unbroken. I’m not saying you’ll cycle through them fast, but there shouldn’t be any misses, and you should be consist with your pace on them each round.
