**We’ve been hitting a lot of power cleans lead up to last week’s “Grace”, now we’ll get to squatting. We did some push press earlier this week and now we’ll spend time on the jerk. Today is an Olympic lifting day, not a CrossFit day. Olympic lifting is about technique, patience, and incremental gains.
