**Starting off the week with our push/pull/core day. You’ve seen the single DB high pull pop up in the past, but today we’ll be doing it with the barbell. It works as a great warm up for the SDLHP in the AMRAP where your legs should do most of the work. This will prove challenging for the high box jumps the movement is paired with in the workout since they both demand a lot of hip extension.
