**Hitting our benchmark WOD today of 30 clean and jerks. You’ve seen a lot of C&J over the past couple months on double strength days as well as in workouts all leading up to today. Sooo.. let’s do it!!
Follow it up with some skill work. Take the time, while a bit fatigued, to work on your pull ups, dips, handstand holds or other gymnastics/unweighted movements, as well as shouldering a heavier dball, swinging a heavier kettlebell, or cycling some double DB power snatches. All are non-exhaustive examples of movements you can choose from for the second half of the day.
