**Wrapping up another great week with our double strength day. Today is looking more like TRIPLE strength as we’re throwing snatches, overhead lunges, and goblet squats your way. Phew! All the things! All the things to get better at, that is. Stay at the same weight for both movements, yes it’ll be a challenge, but a GOOD challenge. Direction of the lunge is up to you, but I recommend working on both directions since you know there workouts where we might specify the direction. You can alternate those each round. And the steps are total. We don’t want to crush your legs on this movement.. that’s what the goblet squats are for. 😉 Grow quads, grooooww!!!
