**Starting the week off with one of our two long workouts. This one is a descending ladder triplet of monostructural work (cardio), weight lifting, and gymnastics in the form of rowing, wall balls, and box jumps. This will take some time before it feels like you’re making progress, usually after the round of 30s. Keep plugging away at it and manage your rest. It’ll be tempting to take a lot of rest, but sometimes those long rest periods will come back to haunt you as the clock keeps ticking away.
