**Last day of going overhead with the barbell. Phew! Not too bad of a week so far, eh? But we’re starting off the day with some front squats, building to a heavy set of 5 reps. We’ll keep the squatting with the thrusters as well as the going overhead with the thrusters and again with the power snatch. The weight on this should be something you can rep out, no more than 3 sets if you have to break them up. The core should be nice and braced for both the barbell movements, but we’ll smoke them a little more with the V-ups in between.
