Find the most weight that you can pick up AND SET DOWN UNDER CONTROL — NOT DROPPING.

We’ll do some recovery work afterwards and introduce most members to the somewhat weird looking equipment up by the bike rack/front white board, and on the far end of the ergs. If you’ve never used them properly (looking at you GHD sit upers), you will want to get to know them for days like today when we do heavy lifting or if you generally have a sore back. I could go on a tangent of other ways to protect your back, but this will be a good start.
