As mentioned in the newsletter, we’ll continue with this gymnastics skill cycle through this month, and then take a break. But for now, we’ll still use it as a chance to get in a *really* good warm up for the pistols in the workout, with a mix of mobility, balance work, and pistol progressions.
You’ll likely use one of those progressions in the workout, where they will be joined with DB push press and box jump overs. Check the video linked above for a couple different ways to perform the jump overs (yes it’s total reps; yes you have to land on the box).
