**We’re doing something a tad different this time around for our benchmark day. Instead of EMOM skill/goat work afterwards, we’re putting it up front and using the time to get your prepped for the weight and intensity of the workout. There will be a deadlift day later in the week, but we want to make sure the time is spent getting properly warmed up for the movement.

Utilize what you practiced yesterday with handstand push ups and put that knowledge and form to use to day. If you’ve done “Diane” in the past, check out the pics before and see how your times compare. If this is your first attempt, record your time, deadlift weight, and how you did the HSPU, so you have something to compare it to in ~9 months when we repeat the workout.
