**Head ups – we’re doing “Diane” tomorrow, which includes handstand push ups, so don’t go “full send” on the skill work. Remember.. IT’S SKILL WORK. You do it to get better at it, and if you’re wrecked, you might not do as well on “Diane” as you had planned.
We’ve done this EMOM style work about a half a dozen times, so I hope you’re starting to feel more comfortable getting upside down, using a higher box if you’re doing pike push ups, or heavier dumbbells if you’re jam is seated presses. Keep working hard, and utilize your skills tomorrow when we put them to use in a workout.
