Pull.. push.. upper.. lower.. weighted.. body weight.. what are we missing??
-Volume is there. *Check*
-Intensity is there. *Check* Although, not as intense as “Fran” last week. But intensity can vary with the time domain. And today is on the longer end of the spectrum. Gotta cover them all.
-Mechanics? Oooh.. should move this to the top of the list. Before you put too much weight on the barbell, or start jumping over the bar, or grabbing a heavier medicine ball, let’s make sure you’ve got the basics down – hinging, pushing, squatting. Flat back, core engaged, chest upright, heels down.
You know the drill, right? Coach repeats it daily, but can you apply it? Let’s work on that today.. and tomorrow.. and the next day.. and the next.. and.. and..
