*This is a grind. Off the bat you’re rowing for ~4 minutes. And then it’s on to testing your mettle with a pair of dumbbells up the ladder in reps to lunges, and then back down until you end the workout with a final 1,000m row. You know this isn’t going to be a sprint, so tackle each movement individually. Break it into reps, too. Don’t see 30 DP or 40 lunges, but instead see sets of 6 or 8. Mentally manage the workload and the rest time between reps and sets to pick away at this workout.
