As always, I hope you had a great weekend and enjoyed some time outside. I’m loving these cooler and precipitation free days!
It’s a short week in the gym – three days of classes.
Scheduling note – Wednesday 6:30pm and Zoom Class is cancelled. All other classes on Wednesday will go on as scheduled.
As mentioned in the newsletter, and again below, we’re running a 5k on Thursday. Yes, this is free. Yes, this is open to friends/family. Yes, this can be used as a recruiting run since we’re still running our promotional offer of $200 for you and a new member that you refer to the gym! Yes, we can have bloody marys or mimosas or old Michelob Ultra after the run that’s been stored over the bathrooms for over a year. Yes, you can shorten the run if need be.

Monday – Double strength! Keeping in simple with cleans (squat) and jerks (from the rack).
Tuesday – Yes, a long workout normally follows our double day. But today is sumo deadlift day! We did this style for 8s a couple weeks ago, and today for 5s. Some snatches and lunges to follow because you didn’t get enough on Friday or Saturday. 😉
Wednesday – “Thanksgiving Sampler Platter”. All the movements!!
Thursday – CLOSED! Gym is having a 5K at 9am. Email me at [email protected] if you plan on coming so we can get a head count. So far we have about 10 hearty souls!
Friday – Open gym only! 11am – 1pm. Coach David will be there.
Saturday – Open gym only! 9am – 12pm. Newsletter says 9-11am, but you get an entire extra hour with Coach Jen!!
Sunday – Rest day! Take some time off and get ready to get back on schedule for next week.
