**I like these heavy 8s because it forces you to stay tight longer than you might normally be used to for bench press, squats, or any strength movement. So let’s get swole.

The workout will be around 10 minutes. The reps for the snatches decrease as the dips stay the same. Use your legs to get it overhead and have a quick punch to finish the movement and save your triceps for the dips.
