**I’ll come out and state the obvious – ass burner. Forty pistols?? Who in God’s name thought that was a good idea? I mean.. it’s not a bad idea. As with Monday’s unilateral work with the single DB clean and jerks and overhead lunges, we’re looking to spot some weaknesses or deficiencies in your training – can you move heavy weight from the ground to overhead? How are you doing on your gymnastics work? Do you neglect cardio? There’s no chance to rest here. Work through the movements, work through the reps.
