**This is a great way to start off the week, especially if you’re just getting back from some time away from the gym. Start things off with some gymnastics skill work – see some improvements you’ve made since we last did this EMOM work back on Tuesday, December 2nd.

The workout will strongly favor those who can string together double unders. Even if you need to scale down to 20/round, go with something that keeps you on the move from the rope to the swings to the presses. There’s not a lot of time to rest, as intended to keep that heart rate up.
