**There’s no weird or confusing rep scheme here. Start with the first movement, complete 31 reps, move on to the next movement, complete all 31 reps, etc. Complete 31 reps of all 12 movements, and then wrap it up with a 365m row.

Have fun with this. Plan on it taking upwards to 40-45 minutes, so stretch and warm up a little bit, but spend the bulk of the warm up time getting familiar with the movements you need the most work on. Yes, with the light barbell weight it can be tempting to want to go Rx, but keep in mind all the movements listed, as well as the total workout volume. Additionally, you want to finish as quickly as possible/under the time cap to keep the intensity up as much as possible for each movement.
