**I hope you’re not tired of rowing and jumping rope and squatting, because we’ve got more lined up for you today.
Come back in after your Christmas celebration and get in a good workout. Unlike the 12 Days workout, the reps today are descending. That’s not to say that the workout gets easier, but you’ll start to see the end in sight. As with any longer workout, a good strategy is to just keep plugging away.
