Hey Old Cityzens!

The holiday season is upon us with Hanukkah starting today, which we celebrated with a workout for it on Friday. And we’ll have our 12 Days of Christmas workout on Tuesday that follows along to the order of the days in the song “12 Days of Christmas”. Can’t remember the lyrics? Cool! We’ll remind you on Tuesday and you can get in a workout at the same time if you can make it to one of the three classes on ..

..SPEAKING OF..

..that’s probably the most important thing to mention in this posting – the schedule for the week. So here it is if you’re not on social media or maybe missed the newsletter that went out on December 1st or haven’t been in the gym for the last 2 weeks to see it on the board..

Monday, December 23rd – Normal schedule
Tuesday, December 24th – 6am, 7am, noon
Wednesday, December 25th – CLOSED
Thursday, December 26th – 9-11am open gym; 4-6pm open gym
Friday, December 27th – Normal schedule
Saturday, December 28th – Normal schedule
Sunday, December 29th – Normal schedule.

Slight modifications to the schedule the week of the 30th.. but let’s not get ahead of ourselves now!! I’ll post that in next week’s blog post, and let’s use this time to see the layout for the holiday week..

Monday – Deadlift heavy 5 followed by a triplet with some sumo deadlift high pulls

Tuesday
– 12 Days of Christmas workout

Wednesday
– CLOSED. Spend time with your friends and family.

Thursday – Open gym 9-11am; 4-6pm.

Friday
– Double strength! Front squats and cleans.

Saturday – A long, “spooky” workout. Bring your jump rope!

Sunday
– Open gym + Gainz Club + WODTrain + HeroWOD + Yoga (it’s back!)
