**Getting in our double strength day early in the week, and the first portion is a repeat from earlier this year. So let’s see if the work you’ve put in between since then yields improvement in technique, as well as weight on the bar.

Following it up with some hamstring focused work as well as single DB pushing. Monday was mostly lower body unilateral work, so today we’ll put the focus on upper body.
