**Girl WOD for the month has us doing a triplet of rowing light thrusters, and pull ups. We’ll wrap up the day with our strength for the day, which is bench press. Going from rack pulls yesterday to pushing today. Even “Jackie” has a good combo of push/pull. This is a short rest, keep moving workout. We’re looking around 4-4:30 (at most) for the 1k row, and sets of 10s for the thrusters. Want to go out big on the thrusters? I’ve seen it done as a large first set or even unbroken. I won’t try to sway you one way or another, but even strategies change quickly in the middle of a workout.
Heavy 10 for bench might be less than what you’ve hit in the past because we’re making “Jackie” the priority first today. You might notice your arms, particularly your lats, feeling some fatigue.
