**This is an easy day. I say that with a hint of sarcasm since those goblet squats will add up after the back squats. But this is something you should be able to move through quickly. I want to put quickly in quotes, but I don’t want you to think I’m being sarcastic. I mean that the reps for each movement are such that you should be able to move through the workout, and from one movement to the next, with little need for extra rest. Save the trip to the water fountain for after the workout. Get it done and drink all the aqua you want.
