**Take a few minutes.. look at the movements, look at the rep scheme, think about how you might break up the reps of the snatches. Start to think about what weight you’ll put on the bar and how you’ll tackle the double unders in case you need to scale them. Yes, this is a descending ladder, but I think we’ve all learned that these don’t start to feel like you’re making any progress until you get to the round of 5 or even 4. So keep your head in it, find a pace that you can hold and keep grinding away one movement at a time.
