**Bringing back some good ol’ EMOM work today to work the upper and lower body, and core. Workout has you working hard then resting hard. This is a good way to work on doing these movements at these reps unbroken and as quickly as possible! Not specifying height on the swings, so take that bad boy overhead or as high as you want to.
