**Skill work! Oh, wouldn’t it have been perfect if it was ring muscle ups and not handstand push ups?! It’s always good to get inverted from time to time. And even as the 2020 CrossFit Open comes to a close, we’ll still continue to work on our weaknesses in the world of gymnastics. And then you look at a movement like ring rows and you think of something simple, or a scaled down version of a pull up. Set your feet right and adjust your grip and you’ll get in some muscle up work that you didn’t know was coming. Protect those wrists!
