**Give the shoulders a little rest and get the legs pumping. We have 6 working sets of squats here, with 24 total reps. Note the timeframe in which you have to complete each set.

The workout should be fast as you’ll be using 1 dumbbell for the Devils Press, and the resp listed are total. The dubs might trip you up (heyooo!!) as the number completed after each round does not decrease.
