**I’ll start off by saying this.. “it’s not a lot of stuff”. We’re alternating a barbell movement with a burpee. The barbell reps decrease while the burpee reps increase in an alternating fashion for both.

It is, however, at a decently heavy weight. So you might be feeling okay after the first round, but that weight will start to feel a touch heavier after each round. There’s plenty of time to work your way through this bad boy. Get in and get after it.
