**If Tuesday’s long workout wasn’t long enough for you.. here you go. Some cardio and gymnasty work. We last saw pistols in Open workout 20.4, so the med ball step up is a scaled option. However, other options include heel touches to the ground from a box, or single-leg sitting to a box. What you want to avoid is using ‘heave-ho’ momentum to get up instead of driving up from your plant foot. Legs will get plenty of work today.
