**We’ve got a bit of a push/pull combo today along with some static strength. And what’s not to love about starting the week off with some squats, right?? Go overhead without the use of your hips or lower. All upper body. Workout has you holding a DB while getting up and down off the ground three times on each side (no alternating.. 3R, then 3L). I remember hearing awhile back that we didn’t do enough goblet squats, so here are some more. You can thank me later. And nothing like getting your hands on the rig. We’ll have some pull ups later in the week, but we’ll start off with some toes to bar. Arms might be a little sore after today.
