**I thought 5 rounds was intimidating (*looking at you, Friday’s workout*), but how does TEN ROUNDS make you feel??
But look at the three movements, and see where you can likely make up some time – are you fast runner? can you string together the burpee deadlifts? or are the toes to bar your jam?
But one thing that is really missing from this workout is a lot of rest time – you’re constantly moving. And to keep this under 30 minutes, or even close to 20-25 range, you need to manage the rest and move with intention through all 10 rounds and between movements.
