**Pulling dominates the day with hang cleans to open class, followed by power cleans, deadlifts, and pull ups in the workout. Because 4 of 5 movements today (3 of 4 in “Armistice”) will be taxing your grip strength, plan on breaking up the reps into smaller sets to give your forearms and grip a little relief. However, to keep the intensity up, keep the rest breaks short so you can move through the 11 minutes as quickly as possible.
